Terms and Conditions

Thursday Inside RAYE at The Star Brisbane: a half-day programme where you attend three of five small-group sessions (Visibility, Brand, Growth, Sales, Wellness), with a maximum of 10 guests per session. Afternoon tea and snacking are provided, with non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the day.

Friday RAYE Conference: full-day entry.

Friday Keyholder Lounge: entry for Keyholders on Conference Day.

Friday Cocktail Party: entry for one guest.

Saturday RAYE Awards Gala: one seat for one guest.

Keyholder gifting: one gifting collection per Keyholder, presented during the event.

One RAYE Key and participation in the live Yellow Box reveal on Conference Day.

Pay-in-full bonus (closed): this offer ended on 5 October 2026. RAYE Keys paid in full by 5 October 2026 keep their 12 months of RAYE Haus membership valued at $497. Purchases made after that date do not include the bonus.

RAYE Awards applications and entry fees are separate purchases and form no part of the RAYE Key.

Flights and accommodation are not included in the RAYE Key. Each RAYE Key admits one named person, and travel, accommodation and any items listed outside this section are the guest's own responsibility and cost.

RAYE Key purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind includes change of plans, change of personal or business circumstances, and non-attendance.

This applies equally to RAYE Keys paid in full and to every payment in the 3-payment plan. Partial refunds of one or two payments are not available.

The 3-payment plan is three payments of $899 AUD. Payment one is charged at checkout, and payments two and three are charged automatically one month and two months later. The plan ends automatically after payment three.

By choosing the plan you commit to all three payments. The plan cannot be cancelled after payment one.

If a scheduled payment fails, the outstanding amount remains payable. RAYE Haus may withhold event entry until all three payments are received.

You are responsible for on-selling your RAYE Key to another person. Any transfer requires written approval from the RAYE Haus team before it takes effect.

Send the new guest's full name and email to beck@rayehaus.com.au. Once approved, the RAYE Key is reissued in the new guest's name. Any price agreed between you and the new guest is a matter between the two of you.

Where a purchase qualified for the closed RAYE Haus membership bonus, the bonus stays with the original purchaser.

Session hosts, running order and room allocation are confirmed by RAYE Haus before the event. RAYE Haus may substitute a host or adjust timings while keeping each listed inclusion in place.

You agree to these terms by ticking the Terms and Conditions box before checkout. RAYE Haus records the date and time of your agreement, the version of these terms, and your checkout details.

These terms sit alongside any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
