Who we're calling in
This is for the ones doing the work.
The RAYE Awards exist for Australian founders and businesses who built something real. The ones who backed themselves before anyone was watching. The ones whose customers, teams and communities can point to what changed because they showed up.
A RAYE title is earned on evidence and judged independently. When your name is called, the room knows it means something. So will everyone who hears it after.

How a RAYE title is earned
A RAYE title has to hold up.
Independent judges assess every entry against the criteria for the category entered.
Category partners do not score or select entrants. Conflicts of interest are declared and managed before judging.
