Our values
We back each other
RAYE Haus exists so members send business to each other, not just to themselves. A referral, a shout-out, an introduction, these carry the community. Members who show up for others are the ones the Haus is built around.
We show up as ourselves
No polished version, no persona. RAYE Haus is a home for the real version of a founder, wins, setbacks and all. Members are asked to bring the same honesty to the Haus that they'd want from someone in their corner.
We play at a high level
This is an elevated room. Members are here because they take their business seriously, and the standard of conduct, communication and delivery should reflect that.
We make it easy to say yes
Whether a member is selling, referring, mentoring or simply showing up, the goal is always to make the next step obvious and welcoming for whoever they're dealing with, inside the Haus and out.
Standards of conduct
Every Partner, Member and Resident of RAYE Haus agrees to the following.

Treat other members, staff and guests with respect. No harassment, discrimination, bullying or disparaging language toward another member, their business or their character, in the Haus or in public.

Represent your business honestly. Claims made on your storefront, in the directory or in masterclasses should be accurate and something you can stand behind.
- 03
Keep member information private. Contact details, conversations and any non-public information shared inside the Haus stay inside the Haus, unless the person involved agrees otherwise.

No poaching or circumventing the platform. Members should not use RAYE Haus to solicit other members away from it, or to route around marketplace or referral terms to avoid fees owed.
- 05
No spam or unsolicited selling outside agreed channels. The community feed and direct messaging are for real connection, not mass promotion.
- 06
Deliver on what you sell. If a member takes a booking, order or engagement through RAYE Haus, they follow through on it, and handle any dispute directly and fairly with the other party.

Protect the Haus's name. Members are asked not to say or do anything, publicly or privately, that would bring RAYE Haus or its community into disrepute.
These standards sit alongside, and are referred to by, clause 11 of the Founding Partner Agreement and any other RAYE Haus membership or partnership agreement.
