Memberships (Mover and Resident)
Once a billing period starts, that period is paid in full and isn't refunded, whether you use the membership or not. Cancelling stops future billing, it doesn't refund time already paid for.
Empire
Once invoiced and paid, Empire fees aren't refunded. Empire is invitation only, granted directly by RAYE Haus, and payment reflects the bespoke onboarding that goes into each member.
Buying something in the Marketplace
Every seller sets their own refund policy on their listing. If something goes wrong with an order, start with the seller directly. If a seller won't honour a refund they're legally required to give you, RAYE Haus can step in.
Australian Consumer Law
None of this overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, repair, or replacement that can't be excluded by a policy like this one, that right still applies, regardless of what's written above.
