It recognises an established business with sustained financial performance, strong leadership, effective systems, strategic decision-making and measurable impact. Entrants must demonstrate commercial maturity across the full business and support major performance claims with verified financial evidence.

Evidence to start gathering
Financial evidence is mandatory. Include actual dollar figures for revenue and profit across the relevant multi-year period, supported by accountant-prepared or accountant-verified evidence. Judges will assess those results alongside strategy, systems, leadership and impact.
