I’m an author, advocate, speaker and entrepreneur passionate about turning lived experience into meaningful change in the way we look at Domestic Abuse.
As the author of Good Little Greek Girl, I share a powerful story of identity, resilience, healing and reclaiming your voice. This was step one- I have since created courses, workshops and keynotes that help identify the signs of abuse. NOT ALL ABUSE IS PHYSICAL. My work also focuses on empowering people to recognise their worth, challenge limiting patterns and create a life aligned with who they truly are.
I have also created the "CoParent Hub" App. A safe, verified matching platform for single parents with majority or full custody who want to co-live, share costs, support each other, and raise their children together.
With 20 years’ experience in community services, combined with studies across psychology, neuroscience, art therapy and personal development, I bring both professional experience and lived insight to my work.
Today, I work across writing, speaking, advocacy, education and entrepreneurship, developing initiatives that support empowerment, financial independence, personal growth and stronger communities.
My goal is simple: to turn adversity into purpose, knowledge into empowerment, and lived experience into positive change.
