For Keeps

Jessica Chalk · Managing Director · Western Sydney, NSW, Australia
What they're known for
I’m Jessica Chalk, the second-generation owner of For Keeps, Australia’s longest-running flower and memento preservation studio.
My mum, Gwen, founded For Keeps in 1992 after returning from her honeymoon to find her wedding bouquet had wilted. In 2016, at just 24, I unexpectedly stepped into the business following Mum’s dementia diagnosis.
Today, I lead an award-winning Western Sydney studio that transforms wedding flowers, memorial flowers and treasured mementos into handcrafted heirlooms. My work is grounded in the belief that the objects connected to our most meaningful moments should be seen, shared and remembered, rather than stored away and forgotten.
