I'm Chantelle, Clinical Director of Spear & Arrow Therapeutic and an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner.
I started out as a teacher, so I know what it's like to be the adult in the room trying to make sense of a child's behaviour in the moment.
My work draws on brain development, co-regulation and Positive Behaviour Support. I believe behaviour is communication, and real change happens when the people around a child or participant feel equipped and confident.
