I arrived at it through forty years inside systems that demanded proof, first in early childhood education, then training and auditing across regulated industries, work built entirely on rules, evidence and precision. Underneath all of it ran a private, decades long unravelling that had nothing to do with any of those systems, the slow work of becoming honest with myself about who I actually was beneath who I had trained myself to be. I did that work in private, for myself, long before I ever did it for anyone else.

That is the difference between this and a coaching program. A program hands you a framework someone else built. I built my own, from the inside, by living through the parts most people manage rather than face, and by letting my own feminine rise rather than staying useful, capable and quiet. I retired at sixty, sovereign and independent, not because a system told me it was time but because I had done the internal work that made staying any longer impossible.

That inner work does more than heal what needs healing. It aligns you with what your own human experience is actually here to achieve, and when you are in that alignment, grace and ease are what follow. That is our birthright, not hustle and hysteria.

Now, as founder of Syzygy and a Life Directionist, I work with women standing at that same threshold, the ones who have done everything right and still feel something in them asking to rise. I am a weekly contributor and Cornerstone Partner at DWC Magazine, host of the Soul Loom podcast, an Amazon bestselling author, and in 2026 was named a finalist across six categories in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

None of that is why the work lands. It lands because I have already stood exactly where the women who find me are standing, and I have already walked my own way through it.
