Founded by Rachel Smith, an educator, trainer and mentor with almost 20 years of experience across Family Day Care, In-Home Care and Early Childhood Education, The Educators Well brings together educator wellbeing, professional learning, mentoring, nationally recognised first aid training and practical resources.
After experiencing a workplace injury in 2024 that changed the direction of her own career, Rachel became even more passionate about building a sector where educators can grow professionally without sacrificing their wellbeing.
Guided by the WELL Framework, our work centres on four principles: Wellbeing First, Empower Through Learning, Lead With Purpose and Lift Each Other Up.
