Ready to make some serious room for the woman you’re becoming?
There’s something satisfying about a good spring clean.
You open the cupboard and find clothes you haven’t worn in three years. You cancel the subscription quietly taking money from your account every month. You unsubscribe from emails you never read and clear out all the stuff that somehow found a permanent place in your life.
And afterwards?
There’s space.
Which got me thinking about the clutter we can’t see.
The old story you’re still carrying.
The belief about who you need to be to be successful.
The guilt that appears every time you choose yourself.
The need to keep everyone else happy.
You pay everyone else before you pay yourself.
And that decision you’ve been thinking about for six months, even though deep down, you already know what you want.
That’s the kind of Cleaning Haus I’m interested in.
I’m Chandni Arora, founder of Inner Calling Coaching and one of the Power Partners here at RAYE Haus. I help ambitious women stop overthinking and start doing the damn thing.
I spent 19 years in corporate, 12 of those in banking and insurance across various roles and leadership positions.
I had the career. The family. The house. A life that, from the outside, looked pretty damn good.
And it WAS good.
I was grateful for it.
I also knew I wanted more.
There was a part of me that wanted something for ME.
When I left corporate at the end of 2023, I had to look at more than what I wanted next. I had to look at what I was carrying with me.
The beliefs. The expectations. The stories. The overthinking.
And that’s what I now see in the women I work with.
They’re smart. Successful. Capable.
Most of the time, they already KNOW what they want.
They’re stuck somewhere between knowing and doing.
Because sometimes you don’t need another strategy.
You need to clear out the shit that keeps talking you out of using the ones you already have.
So while we’re Cleaning Haus, ask yourself:
What am I still carrying that no longer belongs in the woman I’m becoming?
An old belief?
Someone else’s expectation?
Guilt?
People pleasing?
A version of success you don’t even want anymore?
Pick ONE thing.
Then ask:
If I stopped carrying this, what would I finally give myself permission to do?
Don’t overthink your answer.
You probably already know.
